US~Dorothea's ships in the US for a flat rate of $10 (if Paypal calculates differently I will remedy it!). US ships USPS Priority (2-3 business days).
INTERNATIONAL~ International has been raised now to $20 flat rate, all shipping is Global Priority as this is the only service that provides tracking info.
