Noir queen, sculptural high-drama 2 piece 80's dress suit by VICTOR COSTA. Sleek thin nylon in stoplight red with all over print of  dashes and dots in ink black. Crystal pleat ruffle stands up at collar, wrapping edges of placket and peplum at hips. Pleated ruffles finish cuffs as well. Pencil skirt has size vinyl zip & hook and eye. Blouse is elasticized at waist and has hook and loop as well as buttons....loop holes indicate there was once a belt.
